Build Times
- ALL V3 Pre-Orders (March 10th or earlier) have been shipped with the exception of 5 domestic and some International shipments which take additional time to process. Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to update.
- In an effort to speed up fulfillment, we have been processing shipping labels in bulk batches when the items are ready, but before the order is physically boxed. Some customers may receive an intitial shipping notification but no further updates for another day or two. This simply means your order is ready but still being packed up.
- New V3 Elevation Orders currently take 4-6 business days to process

Build Times:
Custom Cables: 2-4 business days (larger orders may take longer)
Custom Pedalboard Flight Cases: 3-6 weeks
Custom Flat Series and Risers: 3-6 business days
Laser Toppers: 1-3 business days
Velcro Overlays - 1-2 business days
Amplifiers: 4-8 weeks
Speaker Cabinets: 4-6 weeks
