Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Creation Music only offers refunds in the form of store credit. We are unable to process refunds to the original payment method.

Creation Music accepts returns for regularly stocked items only within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns will be issued store credit minus a 10% restocking fee of the purchase price and any shipping costs incurred to complete the return. Items accepted must be in new, unused condition, without any signs of wear and with all original packaging and contents.

Orders may be cancelled for regularly stocked items if contacted before the order has been processed for fulfillment. Orders that are cancelled are not subject to a restocking fee and will be issued a refund for store credit. In some instances, Creation can edit or make minor adjustments to an existing order (increasing quantity, changing size, etc. ) and send an invoice for the balance owed in lieu of cancelling the entire order. 

Custom, Made To Order and other Special items are excluded from this policy and are not able to be returned.

B-Stock, Closeout or Clearance items are sold without warranty in the condition described on their product page. All sales are final with these items.

Bulk items such as cable by the foot, Dual Lock etc. are non-refundable once cut or separated from their source.

Changes to an Order

Changes to orders may be requested by the customer for regular or custom items if the request does not alter or inhibit work that has already been completed. In some instances, Change Requests are subject to a Change Request Fee up to 10% of the item being altered at the discretion of Creation in addition to any difference in normal price. 

Shipping

In stock items typically ship by 5pm the next business day however instances of increased order volume, stocking issues or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Many of our products are custom or made to order so please contact us for current lead times on various products in advance. 

International orders - Outside lower 48 (Alaska, Hawaii and US territories etc.)

Shipping Cost - We do ship internationally and outside the lower 48, however, due to the sheer variation in products that we offer our website is not able to calculate this. Please contact us directly, prior to ordering, if you would like an estimate of these charges.

Customers may place orders requiring international shipping without contacting Creation first. In doing so the customer agrees to pay shipping charges prior to order fulfillment. Creation will calculate shipping for their order contents and invoice the customer for these charges separately.

Import Costs (International) - Creation Music will only bill for the actual shipping cost. We do not include or bill you for any duties, customs, or any other fees. All of these further import cost (taxes, duties, or any other import fee) is assumed and paid for by the customer.
