Shipping

In stock items will ship by 5pm the next business day. However, many of our products are made to order so please contact us for current lead times on various products in advance. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on a combination of weight and the dimensions of the box it ships in. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound except for smaller shipments

 

International orders - Outside lower 48 (Alaska, Hawaii and US territories etc.)

Shipping Cost - We do ship internationally and outside the lower 48, however, due to the sheer variation in products that we offer our website is not able to calculate this. You may still place your order, but in doing so you agree to pay shipping charges prior to order fulfillment. We will calculate and invoice you for these charges separately. Please contact us directly, prior to ordering, if you would like an estimate of these charges.

Import Costs (International) - Creation Music will only bill for the actual shipping cost. We do not include or bill you for any duties, customs, or any other fees. All of these further import cost (taxes, duties, or any other import fee) is assumed and paid for by the customer.

Return and Order Cancellation Policy

We do not offer cash refunds once an order has been placed. All standard Creation Music branded items have a 14 day return policy for store credit only. Refunds for items returned will not include Shipping charges paid and buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. Further the item must be returned in new, unused condition.

All Creation Music "Custom" or "Made To Order"  product sales are Final. Orders may not be cancelled once they are placed. Orders may have changes made to them if it does not alter work that has already been performed. Changes to orders are subject to any difference in price.

You may return items not branded by Creation Music in new, unopened condition within 14 days of delivery for a store credit. Customers are subject to any return shipping charges as well as original shipping cost for orders that qualified for Free Shipping.
